The £135 million Swansea Central Phase One scheme is a new cultural district encompassing a 3,500-capacity live performance arena and conference centre, a 150-room hotel, a coastal park, striking pedestrian bridge, plus new homes, offices and food & beverage space.
The leasing website for Swansea Central was developed for Swansea Council and RivingtonHark, and has dual-language functionality to support native Welsh speakers. The site provide key information about the £135 million pound development, highlights the available leasing opportunities and recent development news.
The site incorporates a host of media such as immersive 360-degree photography, accessible via QR code or direct link on mobile devices, and timelapse videos of the arena construction.
